The b&b

The b&b "358" has two rooms: one with 1 double and  1 single bed and the second with 4 single beds. There are other 4 places (2 single armchair-beds and 1 little double sofa-bed) in the living. Linen and fully-equipped wardrobe are included as well as a comfortable and modern kitchen and a shared bathroom.

Outside

This is the nice and elegant old style building very common in the center of Rome with the typical entrance.

Prati is the last  and younger district of Rome. Prata Neronis gave the name to this area which, in Medieval times was called, Prata Sancti Petri. The urban plan is composed of grid-like roads with great, tree-lined avenues facing onto Lungotevere. Here there was gardens, taverns and tightly linked to the Tiber, since 1888, when the Palazzo di Giustizia was created, the area undergone the house building.

At present, Prati is a very central residential area. St. Peter's basilica and the Underground are about 500 meters away, there are busses to go anywhere in the city. Most of the sites are on walking distance.
