Description: the flat is tucked away in the Northern part of Rome with no through traffic, this beautiful apartment has two large rooms and a functional bathroom with all comfort and restful decor. It is located on the second floor (there are only 8 flats in the block), my flat has a fully fitted kitchen (not available for room rent only apartment rent), linen, tv's, fitted wardrobes, power showers and more. Supermarket, shops, tube, busses are 3 minutes away. Private parking or free large parking at 100 meters distance from the Palms. A car is not needed. 15 minutes from Vatican by bus.

The place
Quite and relaxing.
Further details: the street via Torrevecchia is a shopping area where all kind of Italian product can be bought. The new underground takes you in four stops in Saint Peter. The Pope hospital Gemelli is at 5 minutes walk. Buses to via del Corso, via Ottaviano and via Cola di Rienzo shopping area stop outside the block. Both the City and airport are easily accessible. The flat is a short walk from both GS and Standa supermarket. There is a large swimming pool at Foro Italico where the Olympic Stadium is conveniently placed a few minutes away on the bus. There is large selection of restaurants, all of them within walking distance.
