It has two rooms with a total of 2 double and 4 single beds, and the possibility to add 2 extra single beds in the kitchen. It is newly refurnished and fully equipped to welcome any kind of visitor. There is one independent bathroom with bath/shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and in the rooms you have some useful wardrobes. All of this in a nice and comfortable ambience.

This zone is ideal to stay in a quite site where serenity is in the air. Every day you can choose if going to the beach (in summer!)  or take the urban train plus the metro and go to the center of Rome. Any kind of normal daily exigency can be easily satisfied thanks to the proximity of shops and  restaurants, , banks, post-offices, sporting centers, etc.
