Villa Ludovisi, once occupying the entire district, gives the name to this zone of neighborhood. In 1886 work was started on the building speculation of a luxury residential zone. Then, other luxury areas were built (such as Parioli), Via Veneto which has an historic fascination thanks to the theatrical backdrop of the "dolce vita" of the 50's and 60's.

Parioli is a very famous zone of Rome where is very easy to meet famous people having coffee or meals in elegant bars and restaurants. The near Villa Borghese is the ideal place to go walking or even jogging admiring a relaxing and healthy sightseeing. The apartament is very close to shopping and sporting centers, cinemas, theatres and museums. Both the City airport are easily accessible.
