Air conditioning in one room

The b&b "314" is located on the heart of the historical centre of Rome. During Summer time you can enjoy a sunbath from the solarium that is nicely built inside (only the sun can see you) the tile roofs as the apartment is at the top floor. From this terrace or from the windows (in front) you see the river Tiber that is across the road named Lungotevere. On the other side of the river Tevere there is the famous quarter Trastevere where the real Roman lives and where you can have any kind of dinner from the typical Roman cuisine to the most romantic dinner passing from a family pizza restaurant. It fantastic located for a fantastic stay. The price is very cheap for the wondefullness you can get

The b&b offers a pleasant stay for a couple + 1 or 2 children with: 1 double-bedded room with private bathroom inside, a living with tv, fire-place and a sofa-bed for two. The room is comfortable with a full equipped wardrobe and nice atmosphere.

Romantic and Historical.
Further details: Campo de' Fiori is (on the back of the apartment) a little square with a famous vegetables and fruits market where is usual to meet actors and characters of Rome. A wide range of shops are in this area and typical restaurants, theatres, cinemas, museums and all treasures of Ancient Rome are at walking distance. P.zza Navona is at 3 minutes walk and you can go walking among indubitable artistic treasures and particular road-artists coming from all over the world
